Just reciewed my 3 bottles today, ;] Can't wait to try them out two days from now, when I hit the gym again.. I'm gonna be combing this with some Lipo 6 and a bit of creatine so I hope all goes well!
I am 29 years old and I have been into lifting for quite sometime.. I took Ephedra based products about 7 years ago and stopped for some reason or another I can't remember.. I remember using taking Ephedra in the morning w/ coffee etc. and through out the day at work etc.. All these New Ephedra Free products today just don't seem to do it at all or even close to what I felt this afternoon, and I am very serious when I say this. A few days ago I put an order for this product and I must say I know now exactly why I took it, and liked it years ago.. I took a nap today and when I woke up I knew I needed to go to the gym but was tired and lazy plus I had eaten a bit earlier so I was a little bogged down from having some food in my stomach.. I figured okay lets give this Ephedrine a shot.. so I took it along with this cheap over the counter Mini-thins that have 200mg of Caffeine and that other substance that starts with an S that is suppose to replace the Ephedra that used to be the main active ingredient, plus 350mg's of aspirin. It took awhile, but I truly can say that this stuff works, and man does it.. I didn't get the jitters either that I get when I load up on Caffeine all by itself, I just felt ALIVE and had have this "Flowing" energy. I am a big skeptic when it comes to stuff, but this product really is something good. Buy this.
All I can say is follow the directions, and don't abuse it.. according to a number of sites I have been reading it should be a very safe product if you are a HEALTHY person.

That's my take.
This morning was my first experience with Ephedrine + Caffeine for pre-cardio. I wanted to be extra careful so I took one 200mg caffeine and only 1/2 of a biotek ephedrine tab. I didn't feel anything extra until about an hour later when I started to peddle on the bike. I experienced a very euphoric feeling, which seemed to make 3 miles feel like 3 seconds. I didn't even think about doing the cardio, I just kept moving. Also, I didn't experience a "racing heart", but it upped my resting rate, which is nice because i'll be burning more cals. Anyway, do it, and it safe.
I just got this and took it my first day one pill at 2 o-clock...
Then I went to the gym at 6.
The second i started doing anything at all, I noticed my body got warm. I thuoght it was just the gyms crappy air conditioning.
By the end of my workout, I was sweating my nuts off! My friends are like "jesus christ what is wrong with you?"
I had no idea that this stuff was that strong!
MY heart also was beating very fast so i sat down to rest for a while because i got scared.
I always like it when i KNOW something is working. Quality...just be careful! start at one a day and work up.

The energy for cardio is awesome.
I've been on this product for a little over two weeks but I am already impressed by the results. I take 1 tablet of Biotek ephedrine, 1 tablet of aspirin, and 1 capsule of Lipo-6, 30 minutes before cardio in the morning and 30 minutes before weights in the afternoon. Also, I do not take this E/A/C stack on OFF days to give my heart a break. I have not notice any leveling off of energy yet but if so I'll just and another cap of Lipo-6 and possibly another tab of Biotek ephedrine. Results So Far: lost 8 pounds, increase in strength, 1.5 mile time dropped from 10:30 to 9:25, racing heartbeat after workouts, and mild headaches. So far I am very pleased with this product, and for $9.00 a bottle, worth every penny.
